TO CLEAR YOUR BROWSING HISTORY

To protect you and ensure that your internet browsing remains confidential, specifically if you are in a situation of domestic or family violence, or for other valid reasons, we recommend deleting your browsing history from your computer, which is stored by the web browser you are using. Here’s how to clear the history in the main browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows

  • In the Tools, click Internet Options.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • In the “Temporary Internet files” section, click the Delete Files button.
  • Click on OK to return to your browser.

 

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows

  • In the Tools, click Internet Options.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • In the “Browsing History” section, click on Delete
  • In the window that appears, click Delete files in the “Temporary Internet files” section.
  • Click on OK to return to your browser.

 

Google Chrome

  • From the History menu.
  • Click Clear Navigation Data
  • On the Delete Elements tab, click on those you wish to delete (“less than an hour” to “all”).
  • Click Clear navigation data.

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 to 3

  • From the Tools menu, select Clear My Tracks.
  • Check the Cache box.
  • Click Clear My Tracks Now.

 

Mozilla Firefox 3.5 and higher

  • From the Tools menu, select Delete Recent History…
  • Select All in Interval to be Deleted.
  • Click Details
  • Check only the Cookies and Cache boxes.
  • Click Clear Now.

 

Safari 1.3.2 and higher

  • Choose the Clear Cache option from the Safari menu.
  • Click Empty.
